Meet Your Attorney
Our firm is led by the esteemed Attorney and Founder, Peyton J.V. Knight. Mr. Knight, a graduate of the University of Wolverhampton, is a member of the Honorable Society of the Middle Temple in England and Wales. Called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2001, he returned to Antigua and has been practicing law at the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court since 2002.
Before establishing his own practice, Mr. Knight served as Crown Counsel at the Attorney General’s Office of Antigua and Barbuda. In this role, he acted as liaison Counsel between the Office of Director of Public Prosecutions and the Office of National Drug and Money Laundering Control Policy (O.N.D.C.P).
Mr. Knight represented the Government of Antigua and Barbuda in the United States on matters of money laundering and asset forfeiture. He also gained extensive experience at the law firm Hill and Hill in St. John’s, Antigua, handling corporate commercial banking, labor, insurance, and civil litigation.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Knight has been appointed as the Chancellor of the Anglican Church of the Diocese of the North Eastern Caribbean and Aruba. He also serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Public Service Commission.
